OK so lately I am trying to figure out what route I want to go as far as working out.
So far I have been doing 3 days a week at CrossFit and trying to get another 2 days of Insanity in there.
Insanity is great, but sometimes it can get boring since I am just sticking with a few workouts from the workout. I really haven’t thrown any of the Max workouts in there.
I bought P9oX2 when it came out, but have yet to give it a shot. My thoughts now are to just start P90X2 in April and see how it goes.
So I think that is what I am going to do. I am going to start P90X 2 this April. I really want to get a pull up bar this time around. With P90X I used the bands, but that is not half as good as a real pull up so I need to figure out how to build one in my garage. I’ll send a pic when I get it ready. I also want to get a medicine ball and a few other things to really take advantage of the all the workout has to offer. I am very excited since this will all be new workouts new people etc…
I am still debating starting up another challenge, but that is still up in the air. You up for a challenge?
